HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.- University of Indianapolis senior forward
Ashley Seehase (Indianapolis, Ind./Warren Central) was honored with a second team selection on the 2009 Daktronics Division II All-Midwest Region Women's Soccer Team in a release on Tuesday afternoon.

Daktronics, Inc., and voted on by region sports information directors with voting powered by ATHLETICSITE.COM. The 2009 selection marks the first time that the Indianapolis native has been named to a Daktronics All-Midwest Region team.
Seehase led the Greyhounds in scoring with 10 goals and added three assists for a total of 23 points. The senior started all 21 games for UIndy and tallied eight game-winning goals. Seehase was honored with earlier this season by being named first team All-GLVC, the fourth time she has appeared on an all-conference squad.
Grand Valley State led the way by placing nine players on the All-Midwest Region squads, with five of them garnering first team accolades. Quincy's Jenna Boyko was named Midwest Region Player of the Year after being selected GLVC Offensive Player of the Year earlier this season. GLVC members Northern Kentucky and Drury each landed two players on the first team.
